There were always two sides to the Angel race. The dark and light. The only thing that determined which side was the color of the wings. The wing color also determined the Angel's rank. The five leader from both sides left each other alone. There was always an equal number of Angles, that is until some wanted to be neither apart of the light or dark.
These outcast found a new home in the border lands. Still everything was peaceful till the leaders started to die. This was unheard of. The leaders were to live forever and rule in peace. When they died the lands started to blame each other. No leader started to live for more than 100 years if they were lucky.
Corruption and distrust spread throughout the lands. The leader of the outcasts placed a curse on the lands of dark and light before she faded away.
"The land of dark and the land of light will be forced in a thousand year war. After one thousand years five leaders will be born. Yet these leader will not have the traditional color wings but will be chosen by their heart. When it comes time for them to rule their wings will turn black or white. At that same time my own successor will be born and the hardest part of the war will begin. If the new leader do not take their place then the war will never end."
None took any notice to her words except the outsiders. Just like the old woman said a thousand year war descended upon the Angels.
Seventeen years after the thousand year mark came eleven angles with different wings fight together and against one another without knowing who they truly are. They only one able to tell who the new leaders are is the new leader of the outcast.
Will the war never end or will peace be found once again...
